After many years working across Microsoft 365, security, identity, and large‑scale change programmes, I reached a clear conclusion.
The work I value most, and where I add the most value, is helping organisations gain clarity before committing to change.
Across security initiatives, tenant migrations, M&A activity, and identity transformations, I’ve repeatedly seen the same pattern. Teams are often pushed to move quickly, adopt tooling, or commit to programmes without fully understanding the risks, dependencies, or long‑term impact.
Andy Kemp Consulting exists to address that gap.
What Andy Kemp Consulting focuses on
I work directly with CIOs, Heads of IT, Security Leads, Programme Sponsors, and IT teams to support organisations through periods of complexity and change.
That support can range from short engagements to provide clarity or validate a direction, through to longer‑term contracts embedded within security, identity, or M&A programmes.
Typical areas of work include:
- Microsoft 365 security and identity architecture
- Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust design
- Tenant‑to‑tenant migration and M&A integration
- Providing senior architectural and delivery support where additional experience or capacity is needed
How I work
Andy Kemp Consulting is deliberately small and hands‑on by design.
All work is delivered directly by me. There are no hand‑offs, no junior resources, and no generic templates applied without context. I’m as comfortable working alongside delivery teams as I am advising at a programme or leadership level.
The focus is always on proportionate, pragmatic solutions that work in real environments, not theory or over‑engineering.
