Introduction
This website uses cookies to improve your experience and provide essential functionality. This policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and how you can control them.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and understand how you use the site.
How We Use Cookies
This website currently uses minimal cookies:
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly and cannot be switched off.
- Session cookies: Required for basic site functionality
- Clerk authentication cookies: Maintain your reader sign-in session and secure access to post and series PDF downloads. These support reader account and download access.
- Administrator cookies: Used only when the site owner signs in to manage content. They are not set for readers.
Analytics Cookies
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is cookie-free, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal data. The cookie banner is a one-time notice and remembers that you have seen it.
Usage counts and where you came from
Across andykemp.com and its tools, demos, docs, deploy and audit sites we count a few actions, such as a tool being finished, a report downloaded or an enquiry sent, as daily totals with no personal data: no IP address, cookie, user agent or account is recorded. When you arrive from one of these sites through a link tagged with ?from=, the tag (for example tools-footer) is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so a contact form you send can say which site sent you. It identifies the link, not you.
Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that removing or blocking cookies may impact your experience on this website.
