The Challenge

Several partner organisations needed a consistent way to protect administrators and other high-impact users, without forcing every organisation into an identical operating model.

Privileged access, authentication strength and governance all had to work together, across organisational boundaries.

The Approach

  • Designed a shared strategy covering Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant authentication and passkey adoption.
  • Introduced a structured Trust Level model to match protection to the impact of each role, alongside administrative governance.

The Outcome

A common identity, authentication and privileged access strategy that partner organisations can adopt consistently.

A clear model for deciding how strongly each role and user should be protected.
